EXTENDED RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Orders placed from November 19th, 2024 through December 25th, 2024 are eligible for exchange or store credit through January 2nd, 2025. Items purchased during our holiday sale are not final sale, and will be eligible for exchange or store credit.
The holiday sale discount cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the sale period.
RETURN POLICY
Items purchased on LauraLombardi.com are eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt. Items must be sent back unworn and in original packaging. Items sent without original packaging will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Original or additional shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. Duties for items paid on international shipments are non-refundable.
Customers must receive return authorization prior to return. Returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving your Return Authorization to be eligible for exchange or store credit. Returns received outside of this window will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense. Items returned without a valid RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
If your item meets all the above criteria we welcome you to initiate the return process by filling out the adjacent form.
FINAL SALE
Items from our Archive Sale, Fine collection, AMS x LL collection, sample sale items, made to order items, or custom, altered, or personalized items are final sale and ineligible for exchange.
PROMOTIONS
Any purchases made during a promotion or sale are not final sale unless otherwise specified on the product listing, and may be returned for exchange or store credit. Please note, we are unable to accommodate retroactive reimbursements for items purchased prior to or after the close of the sale.
THIRD PARTY PURCHASES
We will not accept returns and are not responsible for Laura Lombardi items purchased from third party retailers. Please contact the retailer from which your item was originally purchased to initiate a return. No refunds, exchanges, replacements, or reimbursements for Laura Lombardi products purchased outside of the Laura Lombardi store or website will be issued.
