REPAIRS

Our goal is to create jewelry that you can wear and enjoy for years to come. In alignment with our ambitions of environmental responsibility, we offer options to prolong the life of your pieces through repairs, and encourage customers to contact us so we may assist you in restoring items you love as an alternate to replacement.

We accept repairs for Laura Lombardi items purchased either on our website, in our store, or via third parties. Repairs are subject to small fees to account for the labor enacted and materials used to perform them. Please know a select and few discontinued items may be ineligible for repair due to material availability.

We offer the following repair services:

• Broken Ear Wire or post replacement for earrings

• Clasp replacement for necklaces, bracelets, and anklets

• Replating of faded or worn 14kt gold plated and platinum plated items.

• Professional grade polishing for severely tarnished items

Repairs of damaged earring posts, clasp replacements, and professional polishing are processed within 7-10 days of receiving your item at our studio.

Re-plating of faded or worn 14kt gold plated jewelry is performed at an off site facility and will be completed within 6-8 weeks of receiving your item at our studio.

FINE REPAIRS

We are pleased to offer complimentary repairs within one year of the purchase date for all pieces within our Fine Collection.
